Faqiwali

A small, cozy, friendly town located in the east of Pakistan

Railway Station

This is a historic building in Faqirwali. This station is unoperational although up till 1980s there were up to 16 train services daily. The railway infrastructure dates back to the British era. Nearest stations are Haroonabad to the North, and Fort Abbas to the south.

Govt. School

More popularly knows as "High School" is the first ever school in Faqirwali and has a great academic and non-academic local repute. It is well known for it's large playgrounds, spacious classrooms, and lush green gardens surround with tall and well-maintained trees.

agriculture

Faqirwali's economy surrounds around agriculture with cotton being the most preffered crop. There are a number of Cotton ginning factories within the city limits including Mian Cotton Industries, Ghazi Cotton Industries, Pak Cotton etc. All these factories also have "Oil Mills" which extract oil from cotton seeds.
